1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ua888 website, mobile-optimised web interface, and any associated services operated at ua888.club.

2. Acceptance of Terms

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Rule

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) ua888 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, household, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. ua888 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended without notice, and any funds therein may be forfeited.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your membership. Providing false information — including but not limited to a false date of birth to circumvent the 21+ age requirement — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ua888 login credentials. ua888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to protect your username and password. 5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ua888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are specified in the Cashier section of your ua888 account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Currency

All transactions on the ua888 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Member.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

ua888 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. Larger withdrawals or first-time withdrawals may be subject to enhanced identity verification in compliance with AML obligations. ua888 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5.4 AML Compliance

All financial transactions on the ua888 Platform are subject to AML monitoring. ua888 is required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities where mandated by law. Members must not use the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ua888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Members. All promotions are subject to specific Terms that will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. Key general rules include:

• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• ua888 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ua888 Platform:

• Any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of prohibited software (bots, automated betting tools, screen scrapers).
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs in games or the Platform infrastructure. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error may be voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the ua888 Platform.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your ua888 account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ua888 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, graphics, logos, audio, and visual elements — is the property of ua888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of ua888 content without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Responsible Gaming

ua888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide the following tools to all Members, accessible directly from the ua888 account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings to control spending.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ua888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ua888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ua888's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their ua888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ua888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Members are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate security software and that their devices are configured appropriately for online use.

11. Termination

ua888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or any conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its Members. Upon account closure for breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited after completion of applicable AML and fraud review procedures.

Members may close their ua888 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member via the original payment method, subject to identity verification and AML checks.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the ua888 Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments

ua888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or an on-site notification. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
